Ghaziabad: A 21-year-old man who was arrested following a gunfight on Tuesday night fled from the hospital where he was admitted early on Wednesday morning but was arrested again later that night.A sub-inspector and a head constable were suspended for negligence.Arkash, carrying a bounty of Rs 25,000, was arrested Tuesday by a crime branch team following a gunfight in Muradnagar. Arkash sustained a bullet injury to his leg and was admitted to Sanjay Nagar govt hospital for treatment. His custody was handed over to Muradnagar police team.ACP (Masuri) Lipi Nagayach said sub-inspector Sachin Kumar and head constable Krishna Kumar, were deployed at the hospital. After Krishan went home around 6am, Sachin went to use the restroom and fled."Four teams, set up to nab the accused, arrested him from Madhuban Bapudham," the ACP said.DCP (Rural) Surendra Nath Tiwari suspended the two cops and set up an enquiry against them.
