GAFA joins SCIP to strengthen forensic accounting and intelligence efforts

The Global Association of Forensic Accountants (GAFA) has become an affiliate of the Strategic Consortium of Intelligence Professionals (SCIP), aiming to work together on fraud detection and risk analysis.
GAFA focuses on forensic accounting and fraud investigations, while SCIP works in intelligence across various industries.
“This collaboration will unite two global communities to work on areas like risk, intelligence, and financial transparency,” said SCIP CEO Paul Santilli. Planned activities include webinars, certifications, and shared content, Santilli added.
GAFA president Kanwaljeet Kaur Soni said the affiliation will boost joint efforts to fight fraud.
