Wagle Ki Duniya – Nayi Peedhi Naye Kissey continues to mirror the emotional nuances of modern family life, and the upcoming episodes promise to stir deep reflection among viewers. In a gripping new storyline, Rajesh Wagle (played by Sumeet Raghvan) finds himself navigating the fine line between protection and intrusion as his concern for his daughter Sakhi’s safety leads him to take an extreme step.
After Sakhi decides to move out and live independently with her friends in Kharghar, Rajesh is overwhelmed with anxiety about her well-being. Acting on his protective instincts, he secretly installs a CCTV camera outside her flat. However, his hidden action backfires when a robbery in the area brings the camera to light, leaving Sakhi hurt and shocked by what she sees as a betrayal of trust. The situation escalates into a family confrontation, with Atharva calling out Rajesh’s disregard for privacy and boundaries.

Sumeet Raghvan, who essays the role of Rajesh Wagle, said, “This sequence really touched me deeply as a parent. Rajesh’s actions may seem invasive on the surface, but they stem from a place of fear and love, emotions every parent can relate to. Sometimes, in our attempt to protect our children, we forget that they, too, need space to grow, to falter, and to find their footing. What’s wonderful about Wagle Ki Duniya is that it never paints a one-sided picture; it always presents both perspectives: the parents’ instinct to safeguard and the child’s desire for independence and trust.
As this episode unfolds, it raises important questions for every household: will the younger generation understand their parents’ concern, and will we, as parents, learn to let go, have faith, and support from a respectful distance? I believe that’s the journey every family is on today, to realize that every generation has to meet halfway.”

In recent episodes, viewers saw Sakhi (Chinmayee Salvi) move out of the Wagle household to live independently with her friends in Kharghar — a decision that leaves Vandana (Pariva Pranati) emotional and Rajesh (Sumeet Raghavan) deeply anxious and protective about his daughter living alone.
