Visakhapatnam: The Andhra Pradesh Integrated Common Entrance Test (AP ICET) 2025 for admission into MBA and MCA courses will be conducted on May 7, Wednesday, in two sessions, said AP ICET chairman and Andhra University vice chancellor, Prof GP Rajasekhar. Speaking to media along with registrar Prof EN Dhanamjayarao and ICET convenor Prof M Shashi, Prof Rajasekhar said that the exam will be held at 94 centers, including those in Hyderabad, in addition to Andhra Pradesh. "A total of 37,572 students have applied for the exam. The first session will be from 9 am to 11:30 am, and the second session will be from 2 pm to 4:30 pm," said the VC.
"Candidates appearing for the morning session will be allowed to enter the exam centres from 7:30 am onwards. Those appearing for the afternoon session will be allowed entry from 1 pm. As the exam is computer-based, candidates are required to bring their hall ticket and any original identification card. Blue or black ballpoint pens can be used at the exam centre, but no electronic devices will be allowed inside. Necessary security arrangements have been made at the exam centres," added Prof Rajasekhar.
Hall tickets have been made available on the website cets.apsche.ap.gov.in. Students are advised to download their hall tickets and reach the exam centres on time. There will be no negative marking in the exam. Convenor Prof M. Shashi encouraged candidates to manage their time effectively to successfully complete the exam. The preliminary key will be released shortly after the exam, and the results will be declared on May 21.
