Club organises 5km walk
Mysuru: The Lions Club of Mysore West organised the ‘Lions West Health and Wellness' 5-kilometre Run/Walk on Saturday at Maharaja's College Grounds. About 550 enthusiasts from Mysuru and neighbouring districts participated in it. The run was flagged off by Dr Chetan HK, president of Lions Club of Mysore, and both the start and finish points were set at Maharaja's College Grounds.
The event aimed to promote fitness, healthy living, and community well-being. MP Yaduveer Krishnadatta Chamaraja Wadiyar graced the event and distributed certificates to all participants, along with special recognition for winners in various categories. A free health camp was also conducted, offering participants health screenings and consultations.
