Gorakhpur man’s bid to fly to Thai on fake passport

A 39-year-old man from Gorakhpur attempting to travel Thailand on fake passport was detained by immigration sleuths at Chaudhary Charan Singh International Airport Lucknow and later handed over to Sarojninagar police. Identified as Kamlesh Kumar of Lucknauri village, the accused was attempting to board 11.05pm flight on Monday night for Don Mueang International Airport, Bangkok. According to police, the accused was booked for forgery and attempting to travel foreign country on fake passport.
