A huge wrestling event is arriving in the Caribbean, and it is going to be a very special one. WWE Hall of Famer Mark Henry has joined hands with WWE via his company All Caribbean Wrestling, also called ACW. Together, they are bringing WWE’s ID Program to the region. This program is made to discover and support new wrestling talent from around the world. The event will occur live on Saturday, June 28, 2025 at the Baha Mar Hotel in Nassau, Bahamas.
The most exciting part of this event will be a WWE ID Match. It will be the first-ever match of its kind in the Caribbean. The WWE ID Program is already helping new wrestlers in other places. Now, for the first time, young and rising wrestlers from the Caribbean will get a chance to show what they can do.
WWE and ACW join forces for talent discovery
Mark Henry is not only a WWE legend but also the owner of All Caribbean Wrestling. He has always wanted to give new wrestlers a chance to grow. Now with WWE joining ACW, he is doing exactly that. The most anticipated match of the night will be between Gal Barkay and JTG. Gal Barkay is already signed with WWE through the ID Program. JTG is a former WWE Superstar who fans remember from the popular tag team Cryme Tyme.
This match is important because if
JTG wins, he will automatically get a WWE ID contract. That means he could once again join WWE’s training and development system and possibly return to WWE. This rule makes the match even more exciting and full of meaning.
“This match in itself is historic,” said Mark Henry. “It’s a symbol of opportunity. ACW is committed to showcasing elite talent, and this partnership with WWE only strengthens that mission.”
Exciting matches are planned for the historic night
Besides the WWE ID Match, the event will feature many other exciting matches. The ACW Championship match will see current champion Elijah Burke, also known as The Pope, defend his title against Prince Agballah, who is the leader of the Nu Nation group. This main event promises to be full of action and drama.
Another match to watch is
Kenny King versus Marty Scurll. These two have had problems for a while, and now they will settle it in the ring. In the women’s division, Cassandra Golden will battle Jayme Jameson in a match that fans are looking forward to. There will also be a title match between women’s champion Kaylia Capri and Aleah James. Both are known for WWE’s NXT and NXT UK brands. The show will also feature the popular local team The Baha Boyz who will be performing in front of their home fans.
