P K Mishra is new ECR GM

PATNA: Chennai-headquartered Southern Railway’s additional GM P K Mishra has been appointed as the new GM of East Central Railway (ECR) which has its headquarters at Hajipur in Bihar.
The appointment of Mishra has been approved by the President on India, sources said and added Railway Board’s joint secretary R K Meena issued a notification to the effect on Thursday evening.
The post of the ECR GM has been lying vacant ever since the elevation of the D K Gayen as the Railway Board member three months ago.
