1 held for outraging modesty of foreign naval personnel

Mumbai: Yellow Gate police on Sunday arrested a 32-year-old truck driver for allegedly outraging the modesty of a foreign naval personnel.
A police source said that the incident took place on Saturday around 11.35pm, near Green Gate, BPT.
Police registered a first information report (FIR) after the 23-year-old foreign national lodged a complaint and within a couple of hours of the incident, arrested truck driver, Anil Sharanappa Kamble, who lives in Kandivli.
Kamble was booked under Section 74 (assault or use of criminal force to woman with intent to outrage her modesty) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, said a police source. tnn
