CHANDIGARH: The first convocation ceremony of MSc batch 2022-24 of the department of clinical embryology and reproductive genetics of Rayat Bahra University School of Allied Health Sciences was held on Saturday.
Dr Jaspreet Kaur, director of health services (ESI), was the chief guest and awarded degrees to the students. Gurvinder Singh Bahra, Chancellor of Rayat Bahra University, declared the convocation open.
Dipneet Kaur, head of the department said the batch toppers were also awarded medals and certificates.
Dr Ashok K Attri, director-principal of Government Medical College and Hospital -32 Chandigarh, Dr Rajni Kant, ICMR national chair for disease elimination, Dr Manju Bansal, assistant director, mental health, Punjab, were guests of honour.
Gurvinder Singh Bahra, chancellor of Rayat Bahra University speaking on the occasion, congratulated the postgraduate students and wished them success in life. Dr SK Bansal Dean Academic, Dr Pankaj Kaul, Dean, and other senior faculty members were also present.
