Actress Gehna Vasisth has filed a legal complaint against filmmaker Anurag Kashyap at Oshiwara Police Station in Mumbai, demanding an FIR for his controversial remarks about the Brahmin community. Kashyap's comments, made in response to criticism of his film "Phule," sparked outrage and led to multiple complaints, including one in Jaipur.

A day after actress-model Gehana Vasisth was arrested for allegedly shooting and uploading porn videos on her website on Saturday, a city court on Sunday sent her to police custody till Wednesday. Gehana has featured in advertisements besides Hindi and Telugu cinema. Her team has refuted all allegations.

Actress Gehana Vasisth appeared before the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in Mumbai for questioning related to a money laundering investigation linked to adult content creation and distribution. The probe also involves entrepreneur Raj Kundra, and follows raids across multiple locations. Both Vasisth and Kundra were previously arrested in 2021 on similar charges and are currently out on bail.

Actress Gehana Vasisth, who was in the news in 2019 owing to her health issues, has now been arrested by Property Cell of the Crime Branch for her alleged role in shooting and uploading porn videos on a website. She will be produced before a court in Mumbai today.

A Mumbai sessions court has provided no interim relief to actress Gehana Vasisth in the ongoing pornography case. According to an update on news portal, ANI, "No interim relief for Gehana Vasisth by Mumbai Sessions court, next date of hearing 6th August."
