She is currently out on bail, but Gehana once again hit headlines after Raj Kundra was arrested by the Mumbai Crime Branch for his involvement in production and distribution of pornographic content. Both of them have been reportedly connected to the same case.
Recently, Gehana Vasisth recorded a live on Instagram and went nude for the session. She questioned her viewers if she was looking ‘vulgar’ or ‘cheap’ and asked them if this can be considered as porn. Her caption for the video read, “without cloth live. m without cloth in this video but no one telling that it's a porn but when I wear all the cloths , some ppl claim porn. height of hypocrisy”. Gehana Vasisth had also defended Shilpa Shetty's husband Raj Kundra’s arrest in a pornography case and told ETimes, “His arrest is completely illegal because the police have kept him in custody for 7-8 days and in the meanwhile they have taken his mobile phone, laptop, CDs and bank account details. If they want to make enquiries, they have enough proof already. Where is the need for them to keep him in custody? The chargesheet has been filed for months now.”
