That’s where the Pawn Shop comes in. In this outlet, you can sell items which you don’t need anymore. And according to the value and quality of that material, you will be paid a certain amount. However, you have to make sure that you don’t annoy the owner of the Pawn Shop, Mick, with greedy counteroffers.
But what will happen if Mick is not in his shop? This is exactly what is happening right now with the players. that whenever they are visiting the Pawn Shop to sell some stuff, they couldn’t find Mick. And as a result, they couldn't sell their residual items. It’s still not confirmed if it is a bug or something else. But we have some possible solutions for these issues:

If you are on the police's wanted list, Mick might not show up in his shop to meet you to avoid any legal problem. Make sure to evade the police first and then meet Mick.

Mick might be serving you as your dealer. So, open your phone and find the Dealers option. Then remove Mick from there and save the game. Now you are good to go.

Open your phone and choose the Product Manager option. From there, make sure there are no products of yours on the market. After that, go to bed, wake up the next day, meet Mick.
