''Acharya'' team releases a new poster featuring Ram Charan, Pooja Hegde as Ugadi gift to fans

On the auspicious occasion of Ugadi, the team of ''Acharya'' decided to treat fans with a new poster from the film. The poster oozes romantic vibes as the leading duo, Ram Charan and Pooja Hegde strike a dance pose. Ram Charan will essay the role of a Naxalite named Siddha, while Pooja Hegde plays his love interest Neelambari in the film.
Megastar Chiranjeevi’s ''Acharya'' is one of the most anticipated films this year.While there is no confirmation about the completion of the shoot, the film has been in the making for many months. It also stars Kajal Aggarwal, Sonu Sood, Jisshu Sengupta, Saurav Lokesh, Kishore, Tanikella Bharani, Ajay, Sangeetha Krish and Regina Cassandra. It is Chiranjeevi’s 152nd film. While not much is out there about the film Acharya, it is said that it is an action entertainer in which Chiranjeevi will play a Naxalite-turned-social activist while Kajal Aggarwal will be seen as his love interest.

The technical crew of the film consists of composer Mani Sharma, cinematographer Tirru and editor Navin Nooli. The commercial film is jointly produced by Ram Charan’s Konidela Production Company and Matinee Entertainment. Directed by Koratala Siva, Acharya will hit the screens on May 13, 2021.
