The trailer for Gujarati upcoming film 'Aagantuk' is receiving a lot of positive feedback from the audience. The film is directed by Naiteek Ravval and stars
Hiten Kumar, Netri Trivedi, and
Utsav Naik in the lead roles. In an exclusive interview with ETimes, debutant actor Utsav Naik, who will play
Danish in the film spoke about his excitement of doing his first Gujarati film and much more.
Utsav shared, "'Aagantuk' will always be special to me. As we say, first is always special. It was my dream to debut with Naiteek Ravval's film and portraying a major part in the film came as a blessing to me."
Talking about his role, the debutant actor said, "During the film's pre-production, Naiteek sir was giving me in-depth information about the character I'm playing in the film. He made me so comfortable that by the time of the shoot I was so at ease that I don't recall getting nervous during the shoot."
"My reel life character Danish is completely opposite to what I am in real life. Getting into the character of the film as a first-timer is always a difficult task but I was lucky to have Naiteek sir by my side. In the process of preparing the character I understood how small things given by Naiteek sir made such a big difference and helped me get into the skin of the character like the tattoo on my neck, contact lenses, the way Danish carries himself and more."
"Also how can I forget my co- actors Netri Trivedi and Hiten sir who never made me feel like a first timer, they gave me a comfortable environment and were always up for help. As a first-time actor, luckily I was able to perform without any nervousness or pressure all because of the unending support of my team, the actor added."
"Overall 'Aagantuk' has been a very good learning experience for me, I will cherish it for life. I would like to thank each and every member of the 'Aagantuk' team for their love, care and support, Utsav ends the conversation."
