For the post of Assistant Manager (Credit), candidates must possess a graduate degree in any discipline from a government-recognised university. Additionally, they must hold at least one of the following professional qualifications: CA, CMA, CS, or a full-time regular MBA/MMS/PGDM/PGDBM in Finance with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks (55% for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD candidates).
For the role of Assistant Manager (IT), candidates should have completed a full-time B.E./B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc. (IT)/M.S./M.Tech/5-year Integrated M.Tech in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, ECE, ETC, Data Science, ML & AI, or Cyber Security from a recognised institute. Certifications such as AWS, Azure, GCP, CCSP, CEH, CISA, CISM, CISSP, Power BI, and others are desirable.
Union Bank SO Recruitment 2025: Selection process for SO posts
The selection procedure may include one or more of the following stages: online examination, group discussion (if conducted), application screening, and/or personal interview. The bank reserves the right to determine the appropriate selection method based on the number of applications received.
The online examination will consist of sections on quantitative aptitude, reasoning, English language, and professional knowledge relevant to the post. Except for the English section, all tests will be available in both English and Hindi.
