Bittu, however, kept calling the girl even after her marriage despite the latter asking him not to interfere in her married life.
Sources said his frequent calls strained the girl's married life. On Thursday, the girl was at her mother's house and she decided to teach him a lesson and called him over to her house telling him no one was present there at that time. Failing to read the intention of the girl, Bittu reached her house. Sources said the villagers to their horror found him crying and running for help as he collapsed on the ground amidst a pool of blood. The boy was rushed to a private hospital where the doctors found his private part cut with a sharp-edged blade.
Police on Saturday said no complaint has been lodged by the victim or his family members in this regard. They, however, said the victim has cited accident as reason for the incident. Hospital sources, however, said chances of leading a married life for the victim seems bleak. Meanwhile, no one is present in the girl's house after the incident.
