Saran gramin SP sets up SIT to crack missing case
Chhapra: Saran Gramin SP Shikhar Choudhary on Sunday formed an SIT led by Mashrakh DSP to arrest the miscreants involved in a missing case. One Suresh Singh, son of Nagendra Singh, resident of Pakri village under Panapur police station, has been missing April 7. On the basis of a written complaint, the police lodged a case and started an investigation, but they have failed to locate the missing person so far. The SP asked the Panapur police station in charge to crack the case soon or face a departmental proceeding.
In another incident Bheldi Police on Saturday night seized 300 litres of country made liquor and nabbed four persons in this connection. The arrested persons have been identified as Om Prakash and Chandan Kumar, residents of Chainpur under Bheldi police station in Saran district. Dhananjay Choudhary, resident of Mairukakla village under Sahajitpur police station and Mohd Rafiq of Bichla Telpa under Chhapra Town PS.
