LUCKNOW: Two persons were arrested for entering into a scuffle with the owners of an auto repair store as they had not paid the money for the repair work they had got done in their car. Those arrested identified themselves as Azad Raj and Nitin. The incident was reported from Talkatora police circle. Cases in the connection were lodged from both the sides involved in the scuffle.
It all began on Saturday when Rajesh Raj of Rajajipuram entered into a scuffle with the owners of the auto repair store.
Those who entered into an argument with Rajesh Raj were Pramod Rastogi, Pradeep and Anuj Pandey. Rajesh alleged that his son Azad Raj went to the three to pay the money demanded by them for repairing his car but the accused assaulted his son and even snatched his gold chain and robbed him of the cash.
However, in the case lodged by the store owners, they have alleged that Rajesh had given his car for repair a few days ago and the they were demanding the money which amounted to Rs 35,000 as the total repair cost but instead of paying the money in cash, Rajesh had sent two cheques of Rs 10,000 each. When Pramod checked his account in which the cheques were to be deposited it came to light that Rajesh's cheques had bounced. When Pramod asked Azad about the payment not being made he argued and later that argument turned into a scuffle.
The cops during the initial investigation found the claims of the auto store owner to be true and arrested Azad and his aide Nitin who had initiated the fight. The investigations in the matter were, however, still on.
