LUCKNOW: Two fraudsters were arrested by city police on Friday for duping businessmen.
Alambagh resident Manoj Srivastava had filled up the application form last year to secure admission of his child in nursery in a prominent school. But her name did not appear on the list. Richar Kokkar and Balbeer Singh, the accused duo met Srivastava near the Husainganj-based school early this year and assured to get the admission done in return for money.

Srivastava later told his acquaintance Amit Gupta about the deal who also agreed to pay. The two paid Rs 1.30 lakh to the miscreants and kept waiting for good news. However, no news came and they reported the matter to police.
Singh said that Kokkar had been sent to prison two years back by Hazratganj cops in a forgery case.
