The decision to hold a review meeting of the Short Film Centre by Manoj Srivastava, CEO, Entertainment Society of Goa, on June 29 has been strongly condemned by the Federation of Film Fraternity of Goa.

PANAJI: The decision to hold a review meeting of the Short Film Centre (SFC) by Manoj Srivastava, CEO, Entertainment Society of Goa ( ESG), on June 29 has been strongly condemned by the Federation of Film Fraternity of Goa (FFFG).
"We strongly condemn the act of the CEO ESG Manoj Srivastava, of convening the meeting of the review committee of the controversial short film centre sidelining the monitoring committee, constituted by the government body of ESG," said Arnaldo D'costa, president, FFFG in a press release.

Incidentally the chief minister had constituted the monitoring committee for short film centre with a mandate to keep a close vigil on the organisation, especially the expenditure component of the SFC.
