‘Laws should address needs of disabled kids’
Cuttack: Chief Justice of Orissa high court, Chakradhari Sharan Singh, on Sunday underscored the need for a comprehensive approach that takes into consideration the specific needs of disabled children for effective implementation of laws concerning such children. The chief justice made the statement during a seminar held at Odisha Judicial Academy in Cuttack.
