Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee (SGPC) chief Harjinder Singh Dhami conferred Anmol Sikh Rattan Award on Padma Shri Vikramjit Singh Sahneyi Vikramjit Singh Sahney for his exemplary services for the supply of oxygen concentrators and cylinders to Punjab and rehabilitating Afghan refugees and Skilling and providing jobs to Sikh youth.

Punjab: SGPC confers Anmol Sikh Rattan award on Vikramjit Singh Sahney

CHANDIGARH: Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee (SGPC) chief Harjinder Singh Dhami conferred Anmol Sikh Rattan Award on Padma Shri Vikramjit Singh Sahneyi for his exemplary services — the supply of oxygen concentrators and cylinders to Punjab and rehabilitating Afghan refugees and Skilling and providing jobs to Sikh youth.
Dhami said that Vikram Sahney helped SGPC to set up seven oxygen camps at various places in Punjab and sent oxygen concentrators when there was no supply of oxygen.
He said whenever we phoned Sahney for help, he immediately dispatched oxygen concentrators to the required places.
He also appreciated Sahney’s services for rehabilitating over 500 Afghan Sikh refugees for the last two years.
Dhami discussed setting up of World Skill Centres in collaboration with SGPC in Punjab for providing Skills and Jobs to Sikh youths.
