Wife booked for abetting suicide
Bhopal: Bairagarh police while investigating the suicide case of a 32-year-old man on Wednesday registered a case on charges of abetment to suicide against his wife and her paramour.
SHO Bairagarh DP Singh said that Yogesh Tilwani, 32, resident of Bairagarh, worked as ‘Sewadar’ at an Ashram in Jabalpur. He resided here with his wife and son. His wife left him in May and took their son with her to reside with her paramour Rameshwar Patel, resident of Jabalpur.

Singh said that Yogesh left home without informing anybody on July 4, leaving behind a suicide note. When his family members could not find him, his brother filed a missing person complaint with Bairagarh police. They got information about a body being found in Upper Lake near Borvan on July 6 morning by local fishermen. Police recovered the body with the help of divers and and identified the deceased with the help of his brother.
Singh said that on the basis of suicide note and statements of the family members it was revealed that Yogesh’s wife and Rameshwar Patel were pressuring and harassing him to break all ties with his wife due to which he remained depressed. Subsequently, a case was registered against the accused. TNN
