Dhruv, Raghav shine in BGS win

Bengaluru: Centurion Dhruv Shetty (194) and Raghav Vyas (86 & 2-15) were the architects of BGS Public School, Hulimavu’s 385-run win over The Cathedral High School in the KSCA Cup U-16 second division inter-school tournament here recently.
Batting first, BGS piled up 434 before being bowled out in the 49th over. Ayush Patil joined the party with a handy 60.For Cathedral’s, Uzair Khan, Akshay Babu and Sai Mithun picked up two wickets apiece. In reply, Cathedral were reduced to 4 for 6 by the third over. Only two batters managed to get double digit scores before the team was bowled out for 49 in 15.2 overs.

Arnav Mewundi and Adit Balasubramaniam shared six wickets equally between them.
