RCB posted 221/5, thanks to Virat Kohli's fluent 67, Rajat Patidar's 64 and Jitesh Sharma's explosive 40 off 19 balls. Mumbai fell short, finishing at 209/9.

Perched on her guardian's shoulders, the girl passed a pamphlet over the tall barricade separating fans from players. Kohli, on his way to the dressing room, graciously took the pamphlet, signed it, and carefully returned it, delighting the young fan and those nearby, who quickly captured the touching moment.

On the field, comeback man Jasprit Bumrah impressed for Mumbai, giving away just 29 runs in his four overs. Despite a strong 89-run partnership between Hardik Pandya and Tilak Varma, Mumbai collapsed late, losing both set batsmen within four balls.
