Playing Savitribai Phule has changed my life: Neha Joshi

Actress Neha Joshi have been playing light-hearted roles on Marathi television for quite some now but the actress has proved her acting prowess with the lead role in 'Jyotiba aani Savitribai Phule' wherein the actress is playing the character of Savitribai Phule. In an interview given to a Marathi daily, Neha Joshi said that playing the role of Savitribai Phule has changed her life completely and made her more proud of Marathi culture."I did a lot of research on the life Savitribai Phule, I read many books and tried to fit myself in the character. As I kept reading about the role and playing her on-screen, my perspective towards life has changed completely. Now I understand the power of simplicity and patience," said the actress. When asked whom she would like to play on big screen, the actress replied, "Rani Laxmibai". She further said that she does not have any Hindi project on her hand right now but would love to work in Hindi films and television too.
