Alan Cumming spent time with Syrian refugees during his visit to Lebanon.
The 51-year-old actor has joined hands with the UN Refugee Agency to support the refugees fleeing war-torn Syria, as well as to research the crisis as a whole in the country that hosts over one million displaced and uprooted individuals, reported People magazine.
"At the end of one of the many unbearably heart-breaking stories of the violence, persecution and humiliation the Syrian refugees have escaped from, I threw my arms around a young woman who had just shared her world with me.
