His first film Inkaar, a remake of a Japanese film High & Low, contained the biggest hit of composer Rajesh Roshan’s career. Although Usha Mangeshkar’s Mungda became a timeless hit, Inkaar had two superior songs: Mohammed Rafi’s Dil Ki Kali and Asha Bhosle-Kishore Kumar’s Chhodo Yeh Nigahon Ka Ishara.
