OP Ralhan Chowk will be inaugurated in Mumbai in honour of legendary producer, director, writer and actor OP Ralhan who made and starred in several hit movies in from 1960s to 1980s. The entire Ralhan family including Manorma Ralhan, Munesh Ralhan, Armaan Ralhan, Rashee Shah, Pradeep Shah and Rupalli P Shah and others will be present at the inauguration ceremony. The unveiling will be done by veteran actor Dharmendra.

The 1966 film 'Phool Aur Patthar' became a huge success in the Indian film industry, making Dharmendra a star. Initially, director OP Ralhan wanted Sunil Dutt for the lead role, but he declined due to concerns about the story. Dharmendra, a fan of Meena Kumari, accepted the role and it became a turning point in his career. The film's famous shirtless scene, suggested by Dharmendra himself, played a significant role in leaving a lasting impact on the audience. The storyline revolves around a gangster and a widowed daughter-in-law.
