Punjab governor V P S Badnore paid tribute at martyrs' memorial in Hussainiwala on Saturday. Badnore said it was his long pending desire to pay floral tribute to the martyrs by visiting the sacred place.

The Delhi high court on Wednesday sought the original files from the Delhi Development Authority and the state government relating to land allotted to a shrine in south Delhi’s Jor Bagh area and its management.

An Indian journalist working for an Iranian publication was arrested on Tuesday night in connection with the terror attack on an Israeli diplomat on February 13.
