Super-30 fame Anand Kumar inspires at RIT Anugoonj 2025: “Determination turns the impossible into possible”

Roorkee Institute of Technology (RIT) lit up with energy and celebration during its annual cultural extravaganza, Anugoonj 2025. The fest commenced with a traditional lamp-lighting ceremony led by chief guest Mr. Anand Kumar (Super-30 fame) who has inspired and changed the lives of countless young students, along with other dignitaries like SP Dehat Mr. Chandrashekhar Suyal, Chairman CA Satyendra Gupta, Vice Chairman Sanjay Agarwal, Managing Trustees Naman Bansal and Yash Agarwal, Director General Prof. M.J. Nigam, and Director Dr. Parag Jain.
The evening opened with a soulful Saraswati Vandana, followed by captivating performances that reflected the rich cultural heritage and traditions of India. There was dance, music, and a thought-provoking play addressing modern-day issues that kept the audience thoroughly engaged and inspired.
Addressing the students, Mr. Anand Kumar shared motivational insights from his journey, underscoring the value of hard work, resilience, and unwavering focus. “Your dreams are limited only by the strength of your determination, not by your resources,” he said. He also interacted warmly with students, answering their questions and offering guidance.

SP Mr. Suyal inspired students to consider careers in public service, while Director Dr. Parag Jain presented a snapshot of RIT’s year-long progress and outstanding placement achievements.
Over 50 students scoring above 80% in university exams were honored with Academic Excellence Awards. High achievers in campus placements also received certificates of recognition. RIT’s continuous support through scholarships and awards highlights its dedication to academic and professional excellence.
