Ravi Krishna's forthcoming flick, Aaranya Kaandam, has been adjudged the best movie of the Seventh South Asian Film Festival (SAFF), in New York.

Actor Ravi Krishna is excited these days and for a good reason. The 7G Rainbow Colony actor���������s forthcoming flick, Aaranya Kaandam, directed by Thiagarajan Kumararaja, has been adjudged the best movie of the Seventh South Asian Film Festival (SAFF), held in New York.
Ravi Krishna says, ���������I got a message from the production unit that Aaranya Kaandam had won the Grand Jury Award for the Best Movie of the Seventh SAFF.

The film was screened to a packed house a few days ago. It was screened again on the last day of the festival after the audience demanded that it be screened again. The film has done us proud. Director Thiagarajan and producer SP Charan will be back in Chennai by the end of this week.���������
Ravi says the movie will hit the screens in December. ���������Though I finished shooting for the film a year ago, the post-production work began only after Charan released his Naanayam. With the film winning this award, I���������m sure it will be received well in Chennai as well.���������
