Vishal Mishra declares he will NEVER visit Turkey or Azerbaijan amid rising Indo-Pak tensions

Amid the ongoing Indo-Pak tension, several singers and other celebrities have either canceled or postponed their shows, movies, and other professional commitments. Recently, singer-composer Vishal Mishra also took to his social media handle to share about a decision he made amid the rising geopolitical stress. In the wake of the recent attacks, the singer said that he will never set foot in Turkey or Azerbaijan. “Never ever going to #Turkey and #Azerbaijan! No leisure no concerts! Mark My Words! Never!!" Vishal Mishra wrote on social media.Allegedly, his post has come after multiple media reports confirmed that Pakistan used Turkish-made drones to strike multiple targets across India, after Operation Sindoor, a retaliatory action carried out after the Pahalgam attack on April 22.Following the reports, several public figures and companies have urged Indians to rethink and reconsider their travel plans regarding Turkey and Azerbaijan. EaseMyTrip Chairman Nishant Pitti also released a statement that read - “Following the Pahalgam attack and escalating tensions between India and Pakistan, travellers are urged to stay aware. As Turkey and Azerbaijan have shown support for Pakistan, we strongly recommend visiting only if absolutely necessary," he said.Actor Kushal Tandon, known for his music videos and TV shows, also revealed that his mother decided to cancel her upcoming trip to Turkey next month in protest, even though it meant forfeiting her non-refundable costs. “My mom and her friends were planning to go next month, and now they have cancelled their whole trip, even with no refunds getting back from the hotels and airlines. Remember, do your bits," he posted on his social media story.
