As part of its annual style roundup, Vogue invited readers to vote for their favorite looks from the evening, with 307 outfits in the running. Leading the pack was the Punjabi actor-singer, who made a powerful statement by proudly showcasing his cultural roots in a custom Prabal Gurung sherwani.
Diljit was followed by S.Coups in BOSS, Zendaya in Louis Vuitton, Teyana Taylor in Ruth E. Carter, Rihanna in Marc Jacobs, Nicki Minaj in Thom Browne, Shakira in Prabal Gurung, Lewis Hamilton in Grace Wales Bonner, and both Lisa and Sabrina Carpenter in Louis Vuitton.This year also saw the MET Gala debut of mom-to-be Kiara Advani, though she too did not make it to the Best Dressed list.
