Photo: Team Prassthanam heads to Lucknow for promotions

Sanjay Dutt's aspiring project 'Prassthanam' today dropped its promising trailer followed by a track release. Right now the entire team is on a promotional spree and is currently in Lucknow for the film's promotions.
We got hands on a picture of Sanjay Dutt along with the entire film's team as they pose at the runway before they head for the promotions. Moreover, the team is also accompanied by Maanyata, Sanjay Dutt's wife, who also happens to be the film's producer.

Talking about the trailer, this two-minute thirty-four-second video starts with a reference to the ancient epic Ramayana, hinting towards the impending fight for power.Sanjay is seen who leads a political party.
Ali Fazal who plays Sanjay's son in the film, took to his insta handle to share picture of him from Lucknow . He wrote, "In lucknow at the #prassthanam press con - our title track releases just one day after the trailer release. Double whammy!!! Thank you #lucknow for all the love as always. You are the home of this film. Mine too. Thank you @hyatt @hyattregencylko for always being kind to host. ."

The film also stars actors like Jackie Shroff, Chunky Panday and Ali Fazal. For the uninitiated, 'Prasthanam' is a remake of 2010 Telugu political thriller, which starred Sharwanand, Saikumar, Sundeep Kishan and Ruby Parihar and interestingly, the film is directed by Deva Katta, who directed the original one as well.
