'Housefull 4' box office collection Week 3: Akshay Kumar multi-starrer enters the Rs 200 crore club, gives Ayushmann Khurrana's 'Bala' a tough competition

Akshay Kumar multi-starrer 'Housefull 4' seems to be on a roll as the film continues to weave its magic at the box office in the third week as well. The film which had been making headlines since its inception has finally entered the Rs 200 crore club and proved its dominance.

According to the latest Boxofficeindia.com report, the fourth instalment of the popular 'Housefull' franchise has collected Rs 16.25 crore in its third week after raking in Rs 135.86 crore and Rs 48.07 crore in its first and second week respectively.With a total collection of Rs 200.18 crore, 'Housefull 4' has become the first instalment to cross the Rs 200 crore mark from the comic caper franchise.
The third-week numbers of 'Housefull 4' are also better than Ajay Devgn's 'Golmaal Again' and therefore trade experts are predicting that the film may surpass the collections of the 'Golmaal Again' and become the highest-grossing comedy film ever in terms of NETT collections.
The Farhad Samji directorial which even fetched Riteish Deshmukh, Bobby Deol, Kriti Sanon, Pooja Hegde, Kriti Kharbanda and others apart from Akshay revolved around the concept of reincarnation left the audience in splits.
