Actress Rose Byrne says men still get better acting roles. The 'Bridesmaids' star said she is glad to have seen 'some changes' in Hollywood with regards to roles for women but admits, in most cases, she would still prefer to play the male character, reported Femalefirst.

"Most things I read, I still would much rather play the guy. There have been some changes, but I wish there was more," she said. The 36-year-old actress - who welcomed son Rocco into the world two months ago with her partner Bobby Cannavale - also revealed she has learned that being 'aggressive' and pushing for what you want is the way forward.

"You gravitate to where you want to go, but so much is out of your control. I was doing all of this really heavy, dramatic stuff, and I just needed a break... "You have to be aggressive in this business. You have always got to push for what you want. Working with Glenn (Close, on 'Damages'), she was the hardest worker ever. She was constantly pushing.
