Todd Phillips directorial 'Joker' starring
Joaquin Phoenix in the titular role has recorded an excellent collection in its extended first week, despite a limited release and a high-intensity clash at the box office. As per reports on the boxofficeindia.com, the film made 2.25 crore on its 10th day.

On its second Friday as it collected 2.25 crore nett plus and the total collections are in the 40 crore nett range
The film which tells the origin story of DC universe Batman's most contemplated villain hit the screen in India on October 2, clashing with
Hrithik Roshan and Tiger Shroff starrer 'War' and Chiranjeevi starrer 'Sye Raa'. 'Joker' had a limited release across the Tier A cities and multiplexes, so the film hardly registered any collections from the mass centers.
Apart from Phoenix, the movie also features Robert De Niro, Bill Camp, Frances Conroy, Brett Cullen, Glenn Fleshler, Douglas Hodge, Marc Maron, Josh Pais, and Shea Whigham.
