Externed goon arrested in Bajaj Nagar

Nagpur: The city police crime branch arrested an externed goon on Monday for violating an official order issued by DCP(Zone 1) in November 2024 that prohibited his entry to the city and rural areas for two years. The accused, identified as Sagar Gautam Zaria (27), a resident of Danteshwari slum, Bajaj Nagar, was spotted near a grocery store around 7.45pm.
The Bajaj Nagar police station patrolling team saw the suspect. Zaria tried to flee when he saw the cops but was nabbed. He was taken into custody and booked under Section 142 of Maharashtra Police Act. The accused was later handed over to Bajaj Nagar police station for further legal action.
