Farah Khan reveals Shah Rukh Khan's hilarious response when he worked with her chef Dilip: "Look what times I am going through"
Bollywood director and choreographer Farah Khan is famous for her contagious laughter and unfiltered behind-the-scenes peeks into the lives of celebrities. But it's her vlogs with her favorite cook, Dilip, that have recently won over fans, turning Dilip into an unlikely internet sensation. In her recent vlog, Farah shared a hilarious story about none other than Shah Rukh Khan and an ad shoot that brought both her and Dilip into the limelight.

Dilip films an advertisement with Shah Rukh Khan

Farah's chef, Dilip, is a favorite with fans due to his regular appearances in her vlogs. In the latest video, Farah and Dilip were seen visiting filmmaker Kabir Khan and his wife Mini Mathur's Mumbai home. In their conversation, Farah let loose the hilarious surprise that Dilip had just filmed an ad for a shopping brand with superstar Shah Rukh Khan.
Recalling the events, Farah said, "He (Dilip) called me and said, 'Please come and teach me.' So Shah Rukh told me, 'Mera time dekh kya chal raha hai, main tere cook ke saath ad kar raha hoon' (Look at what times I'm going through - I'm shooting with your cook). I told him, 'Mera time soch, tere ko chhod ke usko direct kar rahi hoon' (Think about my times - I'm directing your cook instead of you)."
The banter that Farah has with Shah Rukh reflects their age-old friendship and how they infuse fun into even the most unlikely of circumstances.

Dilip's success story

Dilip's rise to fame was also highlighted when Farah described yet another recent trip to actor Gaurav Khanna's home, having won Celebrity MasterChef. There, she told them, "Boys, let me tell you all that Dilip recently directed an ad. I was being featured in the ad, but at the very last moment, they informed me that I'd have to arrange for Dilip instead. Anyone's guess about whom he did the advert?"
A skeptical Gaurav inquired, "Who?" to which Dilip replied defiantly, "Shah Rukh Khan."
The man behind the meals
Mini Mathur, interested by Dilip's talents, requested if he were capable of brewing chai. Farah joked, "He does, but he has three sous-chefs to prepare chai for him. Dilip cooks food alone. I once asked him if he needed a dishwasher, and he replied, 'No, I have three dishwashers at home,' then he summoned our house helps Pushpa, Roshni, and Suman and told them, 'Yeh dekho mere dishwashers' (Look, my dishwashers). I don't know how politically incorrect that is."
