Popular actress Han So Hee, well known for her roles in ‘My Name’ and ‘Gyeongsang Creature’, is all set to star in a remake of the popular Hollywood film 'The Intern'. The actress has been offered to play the lead role in the film, which was initially played by
Anne Hathaway in the original movie.
Han So Hee's agency confirms the news
According to Soompi, the actress's management recently issued a statement that confirmed the news.
In a comment regarding the matter, the company shared that "‘The Intern’ is one of the projects that she has been offered.”
The company has refused to make any more comments on the matter, though, and has remained tight-lipped about the actress's future career path so far.
Choi Min Sik to join star cast?
The remake has been in talks since last year, with many actors and actresses being speculated to be offered the role. Choi Min Sik was one such actor that was allegedly going to be starring in the Korean remake; however, the production company for the film had laid all claims to rest by sharing that "nothing has been decided".
