Masaba Gupta shares a never-before-seen picture of parents Neena Gupta and Vivian Richards, captions it 'My world. My blood'

Ace designer and a fine actress in the making, Masaba Gupta, in a rare post, shared an unseen photo of her famous parents on her Instagram page. In the picture, toddler Masaba is seen lying on her mom Neena Gupta's lap while her father and legendary cricketer, Vivian Richards looks on. Masaba captioned the beautiful photo as, 'My world. My blood.' She also posted another picture, a black and white photo of two people, whom she has not named. In another previous post, Masaba also shared an interesting fact about herself and how her family is from different parts of the world. She wrote, 'When I am asked who I am or who I want to be, I never really have an answer. My Grandfather was from Benaras, my mother is from Old Delhi. My great-grandmother, from Lahore. And my father from the Caribbean. But I have my eyes on the world. Then how can I be just one thing?' Coming back to the picture featuring Masaba's parents, well, it's known to all that the designer was born out of wedlock. Neena Gupta has been very vocal about how Vivian helped her raise Masaba into the wonderful person that she is today. Many a time, she has set tremendous examples for single mothers with the inspiring anecdotes she shares. At the same time, Neena has also always been honest about the things she faced as a single mother. Once she had revealed that when she gave birth to Masaba, her friends sympathised with her saying that they will marry her so that her daughter will get a surname. She had then said, 'A lot of people started being sympathetic. My friends started telling me, 'Ill marry you, at least your daughter will have a surname. And I was like, just to give her a father's name, I'll get married. I told them I can fend for her myself and I started working relentlessly to make things work.' True to Neena's words, today, everyone sees her for the wonderful mother she is. Both the mother and daughter are highly successful in their own fields.
