After Rihanna, Mia Khalifa, now Hollywood icon Susan Sarandon stands in solidarity with the farmers' protests in India

Veteran Hollywood actress Susan Sarandon has now extended her support to the ongoing farmers' protests in India and said she stands in solidarity with the farmers. She is the latest international celebrity to tweet in support of the protests, after icon, singer and actress Rihanna, who has 101.5 million followers drew international attention for the protesting farmers, triggering a huge wave of support for the farmers from celebrities, politicians, activists and several renowned names from different fields. Susan, taking to her Twitter handle, shared a news article covering the protests by farmers and tweeted, 'Standing in solidarity with the #FarmersProtest in India.
