Jai Malhar was one of the longest-running Marathi TV shows, which aired from 2014 to 2017. It was based on the legend of Lord Khandoba, an avatar of Lord
Shiva. The show was later dubbed into Tamil as Veera Marthandan and into Hindi as Jay Jay Malhar. Interestingly, Jai Malhar was also dubbed into Thai as Jay Martand, and it became the first Marathi show to be dubbed into other non-Indian languages.
Talking about the star cast, actor Devdatta Nage played the role of Lord Khandoba on-screen. Surabhi Chandane played the role of Goddess Mhalsa and actress Isha Keskar played the role of Banai, a devotee of Lord Khandoba on-screen.
