Bigg Boss Kannada 8: Shubha Poonja opens up on her struggles in career

Kannada film actress Shubha Poonja is considered to be one of the most entertaining female contestants in Bigg Boss Kannada season 8. The chirpy actress has always been at her entertainment best inside the glasshouse.

Having made her acting debut with the super hit film 'Moggina Manasu', Shubha averred that the movie got her immense fame. Despite being a part of blockbuster movies like Moggina Manasu and Chanda at the early stages of her career, the actress saw a sudden low as her next movies did not fare well at the box office.
She revealed how her bank balance started becoming nil due to a lack of opportunities in her career. However, Shubha mentioned that she could finally find a ray of hope when she was offered the lead role in a devotional movie. She added that she was ready to take up the film even if she was offered fifty thousand rupees.
Needless to say, the actress revealed how she bounced back in the industry soon. Unable to contain her excitement, Shubha took a stroll down the memory lane and recounted how she bagged yet another film from a popular banner soon after shooting for the devotional movie.
Shubha acted in the movie Jai Maruthi 800 in the year 2016, which marked her successful comeback into Kannada cinema. The actress claimed that there was no looking back for her in her career ever since.
