Bigg Boss 18's Shilpa Shirodkar reveals the reason behind brother-in-law Mahesh Babu's youthful looks; says 'Meri behan ka pyaar hai'

Bollywood's 90s star Shilpa Shirodkar made a comeback on small screen last year with Bigg Boss 18. Her journey was loved by the audience and she formed some close bond inside the show. Recently, Shilpa appeared on Bharti Singh and Haarsh Limbachiyaa's podcast where she opened up about her bond with her sister and the secret behind her brother-in-law Mahesh Babu's youthful looks.
During the interview both Haarsh and Bharti could not stop themselves from praising Mahesh Babu and shared how much they love him and his movies. Bharti shares that she is huge fan of Mahesh Babu and says that she has been watching him for past many years but the actor has not aged at all. She asks, "Main unko itne saalon se dekh rahi hoon, unki kya age ruk gayi hai, yaa unke upar aisa kaun sa jal chidakte hain?" Shilpa instantly responds, "Woh meri behen ka pyaar hai."
Haarsh also praises Mahesh Babu, revealing that in one of the actor’s dubbed films he was named Haarsh, which he watched repeatedly.
Shilpa agrees with Bharti that Mahesh Babu is ageing in reverse but goes on to reveal that he works extremely hard. She says, "Saare actors hard work karte hain, par kyunki main unko (Mahesh) ko dekhti hoon, toh Mahesh ke baare mein bol sakti hoon. He worksout twice a day and eats simple ghar ka khaana. He is extremely hard working. So whatever we see I feel it is all a combination of mind and heart."
Bharti playfully suggests that Shilpa should host a party so they can meet Mahesh Babu. However, the Hum actress reveals that the South superstar isn’t fond of parties. Shilpa then assures Bharti and Haarsh that she will arrange a meeting with Mahesh Babu. Excited by the possibility, Bharti expresses that meeting him would be a dream come true. Haarsh also shares that Bharti is a massive fan of the superstar.
For the unaware, Shilpa's elder sister Namrata Shirodkar is married to Mahesh Babu.
