The Uttarakhand high court has directed the PWD to complete repairs on an 84-metre bridge over the Pindar river by April 20, following delays that disrupted life in Chamoli’s Narayanbagad area. In Surat, two security guards assaulted Soni Chauhan and her daughter Anjali at Sardar Market. The guards accused them of stealing vegetables.
