Twitter is back for the second time after hit by issues globally.
X experienced a subsequent outage after a period of restored service. At the time of writing, over 40,000 users in the United States reported issues with the app, website and server connectivity. In the United Kingdom, approximately 8,000 reports were registered while Indians reported comparatively fewer incidents, as per Downdetector.
Earlier, Twitter resumed to normalcy after going down briefly for users globally, as per to outage tracking website Downdetector.com.

Elon Musk-owned X (formerly Twitter) is experiencing a global outage, affecting thousands of users. Users across multiple countries report access issues with its app and its website.
According to outage tracking website Downdetector, more than 21,000 reports of service disruptions were registered in the United States alone as of 3:37 pm IST. The outage appears to be affecting users differently across regions.

As per the platform, about 58% problems are reported to be related to the app, 32% related to the website and 10% server connection.
While the US users report significant problems, the impact in India seems to be comparatively limited, with more than 1000 complaints registered on Downdetector's Indian version at the time of reporting.
As per the platform, about 51% problems are reported to be related to the website, 38% related to the app and 1% login problems.
When the members of the The Times of India Tech team checked, they are experiencing problems , majorly with the website and app. The feed does not refresh and sometimes a message appears that reads “Something went wrong, try reloading.”
During an internal check by The Times of India Tech team, several members – not all – encountered issues with both the website and mobile application. Specifically, the feed failed to refresh, and users received an error message stating, "Something went wrong, try reloading."
