Salman Khan is all set to return to the big screen with the much-anticipated action extravaganza Sikandar. Directed by Ghajini filmmaker AR Murugadoss, the film has created a massive buzz since the release of its theatrical trailer. Fans are eagerly waiting for their Eidi from the superstar as Sikandar marks the first-ever collaboration between Salman and Murugadoss.
Ahead of the film's release, Aamir Khan sat down with Salman and Murugadoss for a special 17-minute promotional conversation. In the video, Aamir and Salman had a lighthearted moment as they playfully put Murugadoss on the spot, asking him who he thought was the better actor and dancer and who valued time more. Murugadoss, maintaining his composure, tactfully dodged tricky questions, often leaning in favor of Salman.

Salim Khan on Sikandar: 'It will keep audiences on the edge of their seats'
Adding to the engaging discussion, veteran writer and Salman's father, Salim Khan, also joined the conversation. Aamir, who hosted the session, asked the Sholay writer about his views on Sikandar.
Salim Khan praised the film’s gripping narrative and unpredictability, stating, "The best part about Sikandar was the ek-ek scene ke baad, will you feel ki 'aage kya hoga?' 'Ab kya karenge?' (After each scene, will you feel 'what will happen next?' 'What will he do now?'). If we could manage to hold the audience's interest to know what will happen next, then it is a win-win situation."

Salim Khan’s advice on handling pre-release nervousness
During the conversation, Aamir asked Salim Khan how actors, including himself and Salman, should deal with nervousness before a film’s release. Offering his wisdom, Salim Khan reassured them, saying, "Koi bhi kaam kare aap us mein thodi nervousness shuru-shuru mein toh hoti hi hai. Aisa nahi ki sirf mujhe ho rahi hai. As an a human tendency, yeh toh hota hui hai. Agar yeh soch ke chaloge ki sabko hota hai, aur mujhe bhi ho raha hai, toh you won't feel lonely (Whatever work you do, you will feel a little nervous in the beginning. It is not that it is only happening to me. It is a human tendency, it does happen. If you start thinking that it happens to everyone and it is happening to me too, then you will not feel lonely)."
